I’m Eglė Pavydė – a pharmacist, PhD in regenerative medicine and clinical research expert. Every day I work with biotech and pharmaceutical companies, where science turns into innovative solutions for human health. In my free time, I translate that same science into plain, human language – the kind understood not only by scientists in the lab, but by anyone who wants to live longer and healthier. The longevity industry is overgrown with unfounded promises, supplement marketing and myths. So my goal is to separate what is scientifically proven from what merely sounds good or is simply a scam. I write the Nexus Newsletter and speak on podcasts, at conferences and private corporate events. I share what research actually says about ageing, medicines, supplements and the everyday choices that, over time, make the biggest difference to our health. I believe the best investment in health isn’t a magic pill, but knowledge, daily habits and small, consistent changes that we make.
